2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Change of Preference: Refunds will not be issued if you decide you no longer want the product or are dissatisfied with it. However, we may offer exchanges or store credits under special circumstances.
Downloaded or Accessed Files: Once the purchased image has been accessed or downloaded and is not defective, a refund will not be available.
Expired Refund Window: Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not qualify for a refund.

If the refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Please note that the refund may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

If your request does not qualify for a refund, but you are still unhappy with your purchase, we may offer alternative resolutions, such as:
Exchanging your purchase for another AI-generated image of equal value.
Providing store credit that can be used toward future purchases.
